Any unstitched product purchased from our online store can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of receipt provided it is unused, contains all-composite pieces, and is in its original packaging. You need to inform us within 7 days of receipt of your order. Please note that there is no return or exchange possible after 7 days.
We do not offer returns or refunds unless the customer has received a damaged product. For the avoidance of doubt, minor variations in the color of the product (in comparison to digital shoot images) will not be considered a manufacturing defect, because such variations are a normal outcome during the manufacturing process. However, if you have any issues with an item or are unsure about whether it is a defect, you can contact us and we will see what we can do for you.
Procedure:
To Refund & Exchange, you have to send your parcel back to us, within 7 days, at an address mentioned on the order receipt. When we receive your parcel, we will inspect it. After inspection of the product, if your claim is found correct, your issue will be resolved in 2 working days.
